APPOINTMENTS

Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time and GP. Emergencies will always be given priority and our reception staff will attempt to contact you if there is any unforeseen delay or your GP has been called away. Longer consultation times are available, so please ask our receptionists if you require some extra time. If you or a family member requires an interpreter service, we can organise this for you. Please let us know when you make the appointment.

You can book your appointment via email. Please let us know your preferred time and day and/or if you require an earlier appointment than 8.30am or a later appointment than 6.30pm. We try our very best to accommodate our patients.

LONGER CONSULTATIONS

If you require more than 15 minutes or if you have more than one problem, please request a longer appointment so the doctor can run on time. Certain appointments will take a longer time such as Care Plans, Health Assessments, Mental Health Plans and complex issues.

NEED AN APPOINTMENT 8.30am or AFTER 6.30PM?

If you require an appointment before our opening and closing times, please ask reception and we will do our very best to accommodate.

REMINDER SYSTEM

Our practice is committed to preventative care. Your GP will seek your permission to be included on our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventative health service appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system please let your doctor or receptionist aware.

We also send out reminder text messages of your appointment.
